Here you go... click on the above link for the felted clutch bag. I love this look, abstract and a little bit glam... this clutch could be easily made without the felting machine, use your free motion embroidery foot to trap the fibres. Enjoy!

Felting machine

Shows on Create and Craft on Saturday at 5 and 8, then on Sunday at 10 and 5, I'm going to make a felt handbag! It's the Simplicity felting machine with 12 needles, I'm prepping on Thursday so will see if I can come up with something new.

Sewing workshop on July 13th in Stamford

Me, Nigel and Santa!

This was just before my Tilda show on Create and Craft today, Santa says I've been a good girl and will get lots of fabric for Christmas. I would be a very happy girl if it's Tilda Fabric! I think a Tilda Santa suit wood look amazing! 

Sew Magazine project

My smocked cushion in Sew magazine's July issue! Must admit I loved making this one, it's different to any of the projects in the e books and I enjoyed coming up with the design.

Big buttons!

Love these buttons, they're huge! Well, 45mm is pretty big. They look great on the front of bags and purses, and I've manages to get some on my Thimble Lane shop. Along with huge poppers!

 

Biscornu cushion

These cushions look quite complicated but are actually really easy to make! No zip, just a few inches of hand sewing to close, and stuffed with toy filler. You will need a long needle and strong thread to sew the button through the centre...
